I do have options for you but the custom fit trailer hitches that you were looking at like the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13375 for a 2018 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 are not designed for the cab and chassis models like you have. Therefore, I cannot confirm they will work for you.
Instead, I recommend taking a look at the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 41990-07 which can accommodate many different types of RV chassez. The brackets can be cut to fit your frame rails and then bolted or welded to attach to them. It has well over the tongue and trailer weight capacities you need.
