You have several hitches for my Durango but is one of them less visible/more hidden once it's installed?

Of the three hitches made for your 2018 Dodge Durango there is one that does offer a more hidden and discrete appearance. That hitch is the Draw-Tite # DT38MR which like the others has a 2-inch hitch receiver opening.

I linked two photos for you. The first shows the Draw-Tite # DT38MR which installs behind the rear bumper fascia rather than under it, as with the Curt model # C13182 that is shown in the other photo. The trade-off between these two hitches is that the nicely hidden Draw-Tite will take a bit longer to install.

I linked an installation video for the Draw-Tite along with the instructions so you can get a sense of what is involved. Do note that this hitch will allow an 18-inch spare tire to remain stowed under the vehicle.
