Can Gooseneck Adapter for Lippert Turning Point Pin Box for Nissan Titan XD

Question:

Can the Reese goose box be used to replace the turning point pin box? I have a Titan XD with factory goose neck hitch that I would prefer to utilize.

The Lippert Turning Point pin box actually has a unique pin box mounting bolt hole configuration so it cannot be interchanged with another pin box, like the (discontinued) Reese Goose Box, but I do have an alternative solution for you.

If you lockout the Turning Point pin box it then becomes a standard pin box and you can use an adapter like the Convert-A-Ball # CAB-C5G to make it compatible with a gooseneck hitch ball on your Nissan Titan XD.

Please note that this will move your pivot point back over the hitch ball so you will lose the turning clearance for your cab that the Turning Point pin box gave you.
