My 2018 Toyota Tacoma has the deck rail system and I need a ladder rack.

For your 2018 Toyota Tacoma with the deck rail system the T-Rac Pro2 part # TH37005XT is a confirmed fit and would work well. The rack has a 1,000 lb capacity and comes with load stops as well. We had the chance to install this ladder rack on a 2018 Tacoma like yours and found that it fit and worked well. Check out the review video I attached to this page to see this.
