Question:

We have a Rhinoflex Extreme that will not connect to the tank drain on out motor coach. You can turn the connector, but it’s very loose. The included caps fit, but the hose will not. Do we have a defective unit, or are we just missing something?

The RhinoFLEX RV Sewer Hose w Swivel Fittings, 4-in-1 Adapter, and Storage Caps - 15' Long # CAM39761 should be a tight fitting to your tank drain. If you have the swivel lug, it should move easily but still remain tight at the bayonet fitting. Since the included caps fit, it seems the bayonet fittings when inserted and turned properly should give you the fit you are seeking. If you need help with the connection you can use the RhinoFLEX Swivel Fitting Wrench Set - Bayonet or Lug Fittings - Qty 2 # CAM39758. I've attached a video to assist.
