The appropriate fifth wheel hitch install brackets for your 2008 3500 series Mega Cab Dually would be part # RP50140. This part number includes the frame brackets and all necessary hardware, but does not include the rails that install in the truck bed that the hitch would fasten to. If you need the bed rails as well, you would order part # RP50140-58.
The brackets you referenced, part # RP50066 are for a GM truck, and would not fit your vehicle.
