Does Underbody Panel Get Reinstalled After Installing Curt Hitch # C13195 on 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe
Published 10/26/2018 >
Question:
Hi experts. I am looking at the Curt hitch for my 2019 Santa Fe. I see that the under panel needs to be removed to install the hitch. Is this something that gets put back on at the end or do you lose it for good? Thanks for your help!

When installing the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13195 on your 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe the underbody panel on the driver side will be removed but it will be reinstalled once the hitch is in place. I have attached a couple images of these two steps (Steps 2 and 9) from the installation instructions as well.
This Class III hitch is custom-fit for your Santa Fe meaning it will use existing holes in its frame for a no-drill installation. I have attached the complete installation instructions that you can also take a look at.
