I reached out to my contact at Dexter and they don't have any information based on that serial number in their system. They recommended taking off one of the wheels and on the hub there will be a number that starts with 8 followed by a dash and then 3 more numbers. We can help with axle capacity based on that number.
As far as camber, all through axles will have a slight bow in the middle which would appear to be a camber when unloaded but they do even out when under load so there should not be a camber when the axle is used for the correct application.
Let me know that hub number and I can help further. I've also attached the link to all our hubs if you prefer to seek it out yourself.
