Question:
Hi. I upgraded the lights and wiring to led and 13 pin connector. When I hitch the trailer to my old car, everything works fine. But in my VW caddy, the lights are strøing. I need resistors. What do you have? And is there a better way to do this with a ready made resistor box?

We do have load resistors available such as the # DI34ZR that is designed to fix the hyper flashing/strobing that can occur with LED trailer lights. If the strobing is happening with the trailer signal lights then this is exactly what you need to resolve the issue. It includes 2 load resistors - 1 for each turn signal. We do not have a ready-made resistor box available like what you described.
Please let me know if the problem is actually happening on the vehicle side (with just the lights on the VW Caddy) as this might point to a different issue.
