Question:

Is there a kit for the 2017 keystone cougar 246 RLSWE or alternate to lift as I have a 2017 3/4 ton Ford F250 desiel 4x4 crew cab 6’-5” bed and its higher then the 1/2 ton 5th trailer was designed for?

Yes, we do have a way to lift your 2017 Keystone Cougar Half-Ton 246RLSWE.

You should have 3" diameter axles on your 5th wheel trailer which means you can use the Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-385-00. This will lift your trailer equal to the diameter of your 3" axle and your leaf spring stack combined. If you happen to have 2-3/8" axles then you would want to use part # K71-384-00 instead.

Aside from an over-under kit you would need to have your current hangers cut off and have longer ones installed. Attached is a link to our selection of hangers for you to filter through.
