I am looking for a trailer hitch to carry my bike rack with my new 2019 Cherokee that has a dual exhaust.

Out of the available options for your 2019 Jeep Cherokee with a dual exhaust I recommend going with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13395. Since all of the options exceed the max weight ratings of a 2019 Cherokee it really just boils down to looks and functionality.

The Curt # C13395 is designed so that only the receiver is showing and is rated 5 out of 10 for installation as opposed to the 8 out of 10 rating for the etrailer Hitch # e73ZR which has the same type of design and installation.

When you aren't carrying your bike rack I recommend using a hitch cover like the etrailer # 22282 to help keep dirt and debris out of the receiver.
