Question:
Trying to replace a 670/15 bias tire on a camper with a radial tire. What size do I need.

From the research I did I was able to determine that the 670-15 tire size you have is the same as a 205/75-15.
For a Load Range D tire of that size I would recommend the Karrier ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10245. I attached an FAQ article on trailer tires for you to check out also.
