I installed firestone air suspension bags on my 2004 Silverado crew cab a few years ago. I have purchased a new 2018 Ford f 150 crew cab. Want take off Silverado and put on new ford. What brackets and hardware do I need to make the switch. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Replacing the brackets to use the same springs will actually be more expensive than a new complete kit. My recommendation for your 2018 Ford F-150 Crew Cab is the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle # F2582.
The installation instructions and the photo attached will show you the list of parts needed as the air bags are all that would transfer over from your 2004 Silverado. If you have a compressor system, that is transferable. If you do not, you may want to consider the Firestone Air Command I - Analog Gauge w/ Standard-Duty Compressor # F2158 to allow the springs to be adjusted together or the Air Lift Load Controller Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL25856 for independent adjustability for off-center loads.
