Question:

I just bought replacement steps from you for my motorhome and they do not fit. I thought I had a matching part number but obviously not. My current steps are from Coach Step Inc part # 725-0023. The deminsions are 24 wide by 11 3/8 depth. About 8’’ from hanging bracket to bottom of motorhome trim.

The replacement step we have that matches the part number you listed of 725-0023 is the Lippert Kwikee 32 Step part LC3722617 which has step dimensions that are 24 inches wide and mounting bracket dimension of 11-3/8 inches deep. The drop between the steps is 8 inches. I attached a picture of what these steps look like for you to compare to what you have as well.

I looked up your order notes and you ordered the 34 Series steps part # LC3722862 which is considerable wider at 30 inches in width.
