Yes, the adjustable feet at the bottom of the Surco RV Ladder Extension # SP504L that you referenced can be moved up and down along the vertical tube as well as swivel side to side. This allows for a more stable fit on a variety of bumper styles. I have attached a picture to try and clarify how the feet can move along the ladder as well.
