Best Low Clearance Tire Chain Recommendation for 2018 Honda Accord Touring with 235/40-19

Question:
Hi folks, Can I put decent snow chains on my 2018 Accord 2.0T Touring? Tires are 235/40-19. Is there safe / appropriate clearance? Manual says call the dealer to determine if they can be installed. Thx

We have a great tire chain set that is designed for situations like yours where there really isn't clearance for standard tire chains. For that you'd want the Konig K-Summit chains part # th02230k34 which are a fit for the tire size 235/40-19 you have on your 2018 Honda Accord Touring. These chains do not drape of the inside of the tire sidewall which is where most of the clearance issues come from. Since we have to recommend sticking with vehicle manufacturer recommendations we recommend you show these to a local Honda dealer and see if they will approve your use of them.
