I believe that you are referring to the Flashpaq F5 # SU1845. This can increase your 1999 Ford F-250/F-350 HP 111.5 and your Torque 205. Please note that this is not legal to use in the state of California.
If you do live in California then we have the Flashpaq F5 # SU4845 which can increase your HP 65 and your Torque 115.
