I believe you are referring to the actuating cylinder and there are replacements available, depending on which SMI system you have.
For the SMI Air Force One Supplemental Braking System for Motor Homes with Air Brakes # SM99243 you need the Replacement Duo Actuating Cylinder for SMI Air Force One Supplemental Braking System # DM6210.
If you have the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251 you need the Replacement Duo Actuating Cylinder for SMI Stay-IN-Play Supplemental Braking System # DM6215.
