It sounds like your new boat trailer hasn't been taken care of and you want an estimate on cost to get up and running. Unfortunately, it isn't easy to give you anything tangible without more information. The cost of your tires, bearings, and master cylinder will depend on what is actually on your trailer. The brand of coupler and model will determine the master cylinder needed. The size of the tires will be a big determining factor, and the bearing sizing is very important as the wrong size will simply not work.
The best thing you can do is look at the wheel and give me the tire information printed on the side. Then you will need to look at the coupler and give me all the information printed on it so I can see if we have a replacement master cylinder option or if the entire coupler needs replaced. Finally, you will need to pull one of your hubs and give me the number printed on the face of the inner bearing outer bearing and the seal on the back of the hub. Those numbers will help get the proper replacement bearings and seal for your trailer.
If you can't get the bearing numbers and seal numbers then you can use a digital caliper like # PTW80157. Then you can use the attached diagram to assist with measuring locations.
I've attached the link to master cylinders, bearings, and tires to give you an idea on cost, but I can really help once you provide the information requested.
