In terms of mounting the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System w Touchpad and Remote - 6-Point Set # LC675817, according to the directions, "the rear jack brackets need to be mounted approximately 1 foot behind the rear axle hanger" and "When fully retracted, rear jacks should be equal to the departure angle or a minimum of 7" of ground clearance." Those are the only requirements in terms of where the jacks should mount.

As for loading the back with the middle and back jacks extended you can operate the rear jacks individually and you can operate the front individually but the middle jacks of the Ground Control 3.0 # LC675817 cannot be operated individually. This is a leveling system though so I do recommend loading first and then stabilizing with the unit.
