Expert Reply:
The Curt Multipurpose Ball Mount with 2" Receiver for Bike Racks and Cargo Carriers - 7,500 lbs # D210 is only available with the rise for the receiver accessory and the slight drop for the trailer hitch ball.
The best option for what you are seeking is the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers - 2" Hitch - 7-1/2 inch Drop/Rise # 325-GH-3145 or the 5 inch # 325-GH-303 if you want to use a different ball mount. This will allow you to use the bottom receiver for towing and the top receiver for your accessory.
