Can the Rhino-Rack RT-Style Roof Rack Tracks be Cut to Fit
Published 09/28/2018 >
Question:
I have a general question about the rhino rack tracks, especially the rivet mount tracks. Can I cut them to any desired length and then reinstall the end caps? I want 46inch but would prefer rivet mount to bolt mount for the roof of my 2005 silverado crew cab. Thanks

Yes, you can trim the Rhino-Rack RT-Style Roof Rack Tracks as needed and then reinstall the end caps. If you need a 46" long track then you will want to use part # RRRTV128 and cut 4" off each track. If you can tell me what type of crossbar you want to use and how long you need, I would be glad to provide you with part numbers for the mounting feet, fit kit, and crossbars.
