How To Install QuickTrim Trailer Hub Cover # QT545C
Published 10/19/2011 >
Question:
I ordered your QuickTrim hub covers and am fairly certain that the 5x4.5 would fit,the measurement between the two holes is 2 5/8 foot it seems to line up but wont snap onto lugs very easy,do you tap on with a rubber mallet or just push on center,I am afraid that i might break if to much pressure is applied, any info would be greatly appreciated, they do look great I just hope they fit.

To install the QuickTrim Trailer Hub Cover, part # QT545C, you would want to line up the lug nuts and apply firm pressure with your hand to snap the cover into place. You could also lightly use a rubber mallet after the cover is lined up in place.
The cover will fit trailer wheels with a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern (see FAQ).
I produced a short video for you showing the installation of the # QT545C cover on a trailer.
