I have a 16 foot flat bed trailer ,i carry 4 round bales of hay at around 1000 pounds each, 235/75 r15 load d is this good or do i need to get load e or f

The individual capacity of the trailer tire part # TR20515D that you referenced is 2,150 lb. So that means you'd have a tire capacity per axle of 4,300 lb. If you have a single axle trailer this probably wouldn't be enough as your trailer would end up weighing more than 300 lbs.
For a similar sized tire with more capacity, we have the Provider ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range E
Item # TR225LRE which has a capacity of 2,830 lbs at 80 psi with a max speed rating of 81 mph.
