Question:

Looking at Yakima Rocket 14 or the Skybox. Most important are they both fine with the HONDA FACTORY cross bars ?? And will they both fit the CRV 2018 touring and allow the hatchback back door to work? Thanks much heather

All of the Yakima Rocketboxes and Skyboxes fit the factory crossbars of your 2018 Honda CR-V Touring so in that regard you are good. The Skybox NX 16 # Y95AV has 3 ribs in the lid, making it much stiffer than other roof boxes. It also has a locking handle versus the push button on the RocketBox # Y07192. They both have dual-side opening and have similar mounting hardware. Basically, the additional price of the Skybox is mostly related to the latching system of the lid. Both box styles are great options that would work well for you.
