Although "best" can be a relative term, we have 2 sliding 5th wheel hitches that rise to the top. Both of these fit directly to the OEM pucks in your 2019 Ford F-250 so that when/if you remove them you will have a clean truck bed.

The most popular 5th wheel hitch for your F-250 is the B&W Companion # BWRVK3370. This is considered by most to be the best 5th wheel hitch out there due to the solid construction, 1" thick dual locking jaws, fully-articulating head that can be easily removed, and 3 different height settings. The limited lifetime warranty just shows how much confidence B&W has in the 5th wheel hitch.

Right under the Companion, in popularity, is the Demco Hijacker. This comes in an 18K version # DM8550024 as well as a 21K version # DM8550038 and has some similar qualities to the Companion.
