Question:
My question is, can I combine together the Reese Hitch extender for 2’ trailer hitch-18 inch long Item # st18 and add Draw-Tite Ball Mount for 2inch Hitches - 2-3/4inch Rise, 4inch - 9inch Long - 7.5K Item # 2753. If so will it be safe. I am trailering a small boat that weighs 2200 lbs. I am using a 2002 Ford f150 crew cab short box 66truck. I am hauling a truck camper on the back that will hang over the truck 27 inches.

You can use the Brophy Hitch Extender # ST18 that you referenced along with the Draw-Tite Ball Mount # 2753. The only thing you need to be aware of is that the use of the Brophy extender will reduce the weight capacity of your trailer hitch by one-third. For example, if the trailer hitch on your F-150 has a towing weight capacity of 10,000 pounds, this will be reduced to 6,666 pounds when using the extender. But then you would be limited by the 3,500 capacity of the # ST18. This would be 7,000 pounds if you were using a weight distribution system, them you would be limited to the 6,666 because it is the lower of the two. You will just need to make sure that your loaded boat trailer doesn't exceed the reduced limit on your hitch or the extender, whichever is lower.
This reduction in hitch capacity is present when using any hitch extender. Most extenders actually feature a 50 percent loss in capacity so the Reese option that you are looking at will be your best solution. I have attached a couple short video demonstrations on these products that you can check out as well.
