on the equilizers, from what point do you measure to determine the length? you list the equilizers in this kit to be 10 1/8 inch long. Is this from bolt hole to bolt hole or overall length?

Yes, trailer suspension equalizers are measured from hole center to hole center. The 10-1/8-inch dimension provided for the swan-shaped equalizers in kit # AP302-H302 is from the two outside holes as shown in the linked image.
