There are underbed gooseneck hitches that fit a 2018 and 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 but the B&W # BWGNRK1110 is not one of them.
Instead I recommend checking out the Curt Double Lock, Flip and Store Underbed Gooseneck Hitch w/ Installation Kit # C607-604 which fits both the '18 and '19 Silverado 2500 and has a gooseneck ball which can be stored upside down in the hitch for complete access to your truck bed.
