I have a 2016 Toyota Sienna Van with factory front to back rails. I am looking for cross bars and a roof box. I would prefer a low profile 16. I am considering the Yakima Sky Box NX-16cubic Ft. Y95AV.

For a set of crossbars that are a confirmed fit for your 2016 Toyota Sienna with the raised factory side rails I recommend using the Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack # MPG215.
The Yakima SkyBox NX 16 Rooftop Cargo Box part # Y95AV that you referenced is an excellent option and is actually one of my favorite cargo boxes. It will fit perfectly onto the AirFlow2 and you will have clearance for the rear hatch while the box is installed which is something most people do not think of until they go to open the rear hatch.
