How Many Tabs on Replacement Lens for Ventline Lighted Breeze 360 Bath Fan # VC0392-00

Question:
I need to replace two lens covers in a modular home built in 1986. The replacement covers must have 3 evenly-spaced tabs and fit into the ceiling mount as pictured in the attachment.

Replacement Lens for Ventline Lighted Breeze 360 Bath Fan # VC0392-00 has 3 taps, see picture. But this lens has a diameter of 7.9 inches. If you need one that has a 10 inch diameter then this one will not work. We do not have one that is 10 inches in diameter.
