I have a 2018 F150 Supercrew with a 6 1/2 foot box. I would like to know if both of these can be installed on my truck and be compatible without compromising usability of either one?

Yes, you can use the Thule TracRac SR # TH43002XT-501 or # TH43002XT-501EX (with the extension) along with the BAK Revolver X4s # BAK27ZR on your 2018 Ford F-150.
This is actually my favorite combination for a ladder rack and tonneau cover because the ladder rack not only has a great amount of adjustability but it can also support up to 1,250 lbs while the Revolver X4s combines the sleek look of a roll up cover with the strength and security of a hard cover.
