Question:
Will this fit a 2011 Kia Sportage? I am needing a bike rack to take, duh, take my bike places. I would like to take my bike to the park with my family but I would need to be able to get into the back to pull out my kids stroller. Would I be able to take the bike off the rack and then open the trunk to do that? If not is there a bike rack on your website that would allow me to do that? P.S. I dont mind having to redo the straps as long as I can get in the back.

Trunk-mount bike racks need to be removed from a vehicle before the trunk can be opened. This is pretty much a universal rule for all brands of racks and all makes of vehicles.
The Saris Bones 2 trunk rack # SA805BL, and the 3-bike # SA801BL (black) are confirmed to fit your 2011 Sportage. These appear on the linked page along with all other confirmed fits for trunk racks. All of the Bones racks use a 6-strap attachment system. If you don't mind having to remove and reinstall the rack's 6 straps then any of these quality racks will be a fine choice.
But an alternative you can consider is to install a 2-inch hitch on the car that will let you use a hitch-type bike rack. Hitch racks can hold more bikes, they do not place any of that rack and bike weight on your car's rear hatch and a hitch also means you have the capability to use a hitch cargo carrier. For many the hitch option is the better long-term choice.
Draw-Tite 2-inch hitch # 75717 bolts on to the car without any drilling and allows you to use 2-inch hitch bike racks like the Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR that holds 4 bikes and which tilts away from the car to give you easy access to the rear cargo area. The hitch also allows use of a hitch carrier like # C18145 if you ever need one.
