Recommended Kodiak Disc Brake Kit for Dexter Trailer Axle # 8327830
Published 09/11/2018 >
Question:
Will the kodiac disc brake kit 13 in hub rotor 8 on 6 and 1 half in fit on this axle? I need 13 in. 8 lug rotors because the front axle on my 5th wheel has this same setup on a 6000 lb axle. This is the axle that fits my fifth wheel. Thanks

Yes, the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2HR79E referenced in your question will fit and work on the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam # 8327830 that you're needing for your trailer. The spindles on this axle are compatible with the bearings and seal that are used with the Kodiak hubs. As you also mentioned, these 13 inch rotors feature a 8 on 6-1/2 bolt pattern. They will work with 16 inch or larger wheels.
I have attached an installation video for this kit that you can take a look at as well.
