I would like to power my food truck which supports 50 amp. But my power source is 30 amp only. Is there a connector or something that i can plug in and generate 50 amp out put from 30 amp ?

Yes, in order to power your 50 amp food truck while using a 30 amp power source you will want to use the Mighty Cord Dogbone RV Power Cord Adapter part # A10-3050FBK if the power source is from an electric box or the Mighty Cord Generator Adapter for RV Power Cord part # A10-G30450VP if the power source is from a generator.
Please note the female plug on either adapter to make sure that is what is on your food truck. If it is not then please send me a photo and I would be happy to see if we have other options available for you.
