Question:
Can I pull a detailing car wash trailer with this hitch ?

According to my research for your 2016 Nissan Sentra, this vehicle has a 1,000 lb towing capacity. Therefore, as long as your detailing car wash trailer does not exceed 1,000 lbs then you can use the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11349 on your Sentra to tow the trailer. Please keep in mind that although the trailer hitch may be rated for 2,000 lbs, the vehicle is lower and will need to be the factor you abide by.
Assuming the trailer's gross trailer weight (GTW) is within the range of your vehicle, then you will also need a wiring harness and ball mount/hitch ball for towing. If you do not already have them then I recommend part # C56205 for the wiring harness, part # 3593 for the ball mount, and part # 19256 (1-7/8") or part # 19258 (2") for the hitch ball.
