Can this vehicle be towed all wheels down?

According to the owner's manual for your 2009 Honda Civic, the vehicle can be towed with all wheels on the ground but you cannot tow the vehicle more than 50 miles and you must keep the speed below 35 mph. Therefore, I would assume this is not feasible for flat-towing behind a motorhome so the best option for you would be to use a tow dolly like the Roadmaster Tow Dolly part # RM-2050-1. This dolly has electric brakes, lighting, and safety chains. You will need a trailer connector like part # PK12706 in order to activate the brakes.
