Question:
Will this tire fit a Dexter Torflex #10 axle? Bolt pattern seems correct. Unsure about the pilot diameter.

As long as your Dexter Torflex #10 axle has a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern the trailer wheel part # AM20315 that you referenced would fit and work well. The pilot diameter of this wheel is 3.19 inches which shouldn't be an issue either.
