I have a 2018 Subaru Forester. Raised Side Rails What kind of roof rack do I need so I can attach the hullavator? Also. I am missing the brackets that attach the hullavator to the roof rack, can I purchase those?

In regards to the bracket for the Thule Hullavator # TH898 you need the Replacement Underbar Bracket for Thule Hullavator # TH8535860.

As for a roof rack for your 2018 Subaru Forester with raised side rails I recommend using an option from Thule, the WingBar Evo, which has 53 inch crossbars and consists of the following:
