Can the part tab on the hitch where the sway bar goes into be replaced?

It sounds like you need to replace the tab on your Blue Ox SwayPro where the spring bar inserts into the head. For this you will want the Replacement Locking Pin Kit for Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution System w/ Pre-Adjusted Head # BX84-0176.
