Ladder Rack Compatible with BAK Revolver X2 Tonneau Cover

Question:

Hi, I have a 2016 F150 super crew short bed, with a Bak Industries Revolver X2 tonneau cover. Looking for a rack to transport canoes. Clamp-on wont work, because of the cover rails. The stake pockets are accessible with the cover in place. Will the Adarac work with my tonneau cover in place? If not, do you have another recommendation? Cheers

Tonneau covers and ladder racks often interfere with each other when they use the same mounting points on the truck. But since you have the excellent BAK Revolver cover on your 2016 F-150 you can still install a ladder rack from Thule, the TracRac SR Sliding Rack system.

If you have the 5-1/2-foot bed you can use the TracRac # TH43002XT-508 or the same rack with over-the-cab extension # TH43002XT-508EX. Both will work fine with your Revolver cover.

If you have the 6-1/2-foot bed you can use the SR rack # TH43002XT-501 or the rack with extension # TH43002XT-501EX.
