Question:
I have a reese hitch on my truck. I purchased a 7000 lb gross weight trailer. Will these frame brackets work on a 4inch frame. I noticed under the specifications that they require a 5 1/2inch frame. Thank you,

The Replacement Lift Brackets, # RP6637, will fit on trailer frames that are 3 inches tall or greater and up to 2-1/2 inches wide along the top. I added a photo of the brackets on a 2 inch by 3 inch trailer frame for you to see.
The lift brackets mounting bolt is also long enough to accommodate a C channel style frame.
These brackets will require 5-1/2 inches of space along the length of your 4 inch trailer frame for installation. This means that you will need 5-1/2 inches along the frame without obstructions like propane bottle mounts or auxiliary battery trays.
