Can this be used to properly change tire on tandem axle leaf spring boat trailer?

The Blaylock EZ Jack and Wheel Chock # EZ-JACK referenced in your question will work perfectly as a jack to change tires on your tandem axle leaf spring boat trailer. All you need to do is roll the good tire up onto the wedge and the flat tire will come up off the ground high enough to be changed. It has a weight capacity of 20,000 pounds.
