We do not carry a center hanger - or any hanger - that is 8", and if you are asking about the width of the hanger it will depend on your slipper spring capacities, as you can see below. Additionally, hangers will accept bolts from 9/16" to 1-1/4".

1-3/4": 1,000-lb - 3,500-lb axles
2": 3,500-lb - 9,000-lb axles
2-1/2": 9,000-lb - 12,000-lb axles
3": 10,000-lb - 12,000-lb axles

In terms of your suspension placement and how far back your center hanger needs to be, you will want to ensure 10 to 15 percent of the total trailer weight is placed on the tongue. I have added two help articles for you to check out which should be very useful. One is on slipper spring suspension and the other will help you identify where your suspension needs to be placed.
