The AT15775 part that you referenced was a replacement latch repair kit from Atwood for yoke style A-frame couplers. This kit is no longer available. Atwood was recently bought out and their parts are becoming more and more difficult to find, so your best option is likely to replace your coupler altogether.
For a replacement yoke style coupler for 2 inch hitch balls, I recomend the etrailer.com # CA-5210-B. This coupler features overall dimensions of 13-3/4 inches long, 9-1/2 inches wide, and has a jack hole diameter of 2-1/4 inches. Its yoke latch makes for easy clamping around the ball and it has a weight capacity of 8,000 pounds.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this coupler that you can also check out.
