Question:
I have the INNO square bars inb137, INSU feet, INK860. 2015 ford fusion. I spaced the front stays at 21 1/2 and rear at 21 3/8 according to the directions. The bars are bowing. Are the stays too far apart or did i tighten them down too much??

It looks like you have the spacing correct for the Inno Roof Rack # INB137, # INSUT, and # INK860 on your 2015 Ford Fusion, but I would just double check that the feet are not binding and that the base carrier has been installed correctly. You may also need to adjust your towers (if that can be done) to help get your square bars to sit level.
