Do these plates come with the 5/8 bolts or just pick them up from the hardware store?

The Replacement Anchor Plates for B&W Biker Bar Motorcycle Tie-Down Systems part # BWMC2305 does not come with the mounting hardware needed for installation. As you mentioned you can pick them up at your local hardware store. I recommend using grade 5 or greater.
