I wasn't able to find too much information on the Monarch 9059 trailer light assemblies that you referenced, other than the fact that they do not appear to be available any longer. Because replacement lenses might be difficult to find, your best option may be to simply replace the light assemblies themselves with ones that feature matching dimensions.
We have a nice selection of oval amber lights that look similar to the Monarch model that you have. I recommend taking a couple measurements on the existing lights and compare them to the options we have available. For example, the Optronics Sealed Oval Trailer Light # ST70AB measures 6-1/2 inches long, 2-1/4 inches wide, and 2-3/8 inches deep.
I have attached a link that will take you directly to our selection of oval trailer lights that you can look through.
