I have no right stop or turn signal and rear running lights

It sounds like you may have a bad ground connection in your 1977 Fleetwood Prowler at that right tail light. I recommend checking using a circuit tester like # PTW2993. Since you have no functions on that light, you will need to test the wires for function. If you have proper function at the wires, then the ground or possibly the bulbs.
If the bulbs are good, then make sure you have a bare metal to metal connection for your ground wire. I've attached an article to help further.
