Hidden Hitch is a brand of hitches that's owned by the same company that owns Draw-Tite. The Hidden Hitch line has actually been discontinued and in most cases there is a Draw-Tite hitch replacement that is exactly the same.
There is a Draw-Tite hitch that fits your 2014 Kia Sorento EX, it's part # 75772, and although it isn't exactly like the etrailer.com hitch you looked at, part # E98841, they do install and fit in basically the same way. The etrailer.com hitch actually has an identical design to the Curt hitch, part # C13152. All three fit your Kia.
I've attached pictures of both the Draw-Tite and Curt hitches installed on a Sorento for you to see. The look of the etrailer.com hitch matches the Curt. They're all pretty similar as to how visible they are but the Draw-Tite's receiver tube does stick out about 7/8 of an inch more towards the rear of the vehicle. So the Curt and etrailer.com hitches are slightly more recessed under the bumper.
I've also linked install videos for you.
